Order Processing and Shipping
Orders are generally processed within one to three business days. Customers will receive an email if an item is out of stock or backordered. If we do not have sufficient quantities in stock to fulfill your order, such an order will be considered a Custom Order, as we will have to obtain the items from our partner. For Special and Custom Orders, an estimated shipment date will be provided via email once we receive confirmation from our partners.
While we do our best to provide an accurate estimated delivery date in our product descriptions, we cannot guarantee delivery by any particular date. Delivery dates and time frames provided in product descriptions are estimates, and should not be relied upon.
Many of our unique and exceptional products come direct from our partners and vendors, several of which are overseas. We ask for your patience and understanding as there may be occasions where we may not be able to give you an exact shipping date for your order as lead times on orders will vary. Delivery dates may also vary based on the quantity of products ordered.
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders.
However, please be aware that some of our unique and premium products are shipped directly from international suppliers. For these international shipments, customers are responsible for all import-related costs charged by the shipping carrier. These may include, but are not limited to, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and disbursement fees.
Realluxbag does not provide estimates or calculations for these additional charges, as they are determined by your local customs authority and shipping carrier policies. We strongly recommend that customers familiarize themselves with their country’s import regulations and associated fees before placing an order.
If import costs are not paid promptly, it may result in your package being held by customs, incurring additional storage or handling fees, which are solely the responsibility of the customer.
In the event that a shipment is returned to Realluxbag due to unpaid import fees, refusal of delivery, or any other customs-related issues, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges as well as any additional costs incurred.

We assume no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, acts of war, terrorism, acts of nature, or other events beyond our control.
